Ryan became a Director of Abby Properties in 2014 after spending 10 years within the Lettings Industry, 5 of these years being specifically within the Property Sector. Having worked his way up from Office Junior, at a London Estate Agent, to Lettings Manager, where he successfully brought on a record number of new Landlords, Ryan had a vision to be a part of something bigger. In 2014, it was the right time for him to take a leap, this is when he joined forces with Paul Clothier and helped build the company from managing 3 staff members and 35 properties to managing over 15 staff members and over 600 properties.

Due to Ryan's determination and drive, he has helped shape Abby Properties into one of best independent Estate Agents in East London whilst sharing his expertise and knowledge to build a successful team. Ryan's team, alike him, are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring they achieve the best results possible for our landlords, in an efficient and time conscious way. Ryan believes that the key to being market leader is down to constantly changing with the times and reviewing the market in line with this, this way Abby Properties are always staying one step ahead of the competition.

Paul had always known Ryan on a professional basis when their respective companies dealt with each other and admired his drive and integrity when it came to dealing with both Tenants and Landlords. So when Paul decided it was time to make the step towards setting up an office the first person who came to mind to work with was Ryan.

Together they have grown exponentially over the years accumulating a large number of management properties and new Landlords. Paul has clients with whom he has been dealing with over 20 years who more like friends now.

His fiscal attitude and eye for detail means that he always offering sound financial advice to Investors and Landlords alike seeking a new challenge. Pauls main hobby is car racing where he regularly makes it onto the podium!

Raymond settled into Abby Properties over 4 years ago when he became our Senior Negotiator, he has now let over 600 properties a year for Abby Properties and continues to grow this number every day. Raymond is always complimented on his friendly and approachable manner, which comes naturally to him, and he always goes the extra mile to find our applicants their perfect home.

Not only does he have an ever expanding knowledge of the City, he is now a professional at taking the perfect photographs and virtual tours to highlight any property's unique features. Raymond thrives under pressure and always beats any target he is given, he also loves a challenge so loves to see brand new stock come on the market that he has never visited before.
